1、 Product Overview
HygCond ® It's Berliner Luft The modular central air conditioning system developed by the company for places with extremely high hygiene requirements, such as hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical factories, etc., combines high energy efficiency, hygiene, flexibility, and structural stability. The system can be flexibly combined and customized according to on-site conditions and customer needs.

2、 Product Features
1. Sanitary grade structural design
All panels are double layered steel plate sandwich structure, with thermal bridge isolation between the inner and outer panels;
Internally flat without screw heads, easy to clean;
Integrated stainless steel condensate tray with slopes around for smooth drainage;
All seams are sealed to prevent mold and disinfectant corrosion;
Fans, filters, humidification sections, etc. are equipped with observation windows and LED maintenance lights.
2. Shell and base structure
Modular construction, 76.5mm standard modulus;
Panel materials available: galvanized steel plate, aluminum plate, stainless steel, etc;
Base hot-dip galvanized structure with lifting holes at the bottom for easy transportation and installation;
Airtightness level: L1, Mechanical strength: D1, Thermal bridge coefficient: TB2;
Optional explosion-proof design, compliant with ATEX explosion-proof specifications.

Cooling section: Copper tube aluminum fin heat exchanger, optional stainless steel material;
Heating section: Copper tube finned hot water or electric heater;
Filter section: Supports various standard filters G3~F9, with differential pressure gauge;
Humidification section: spray type, steam type, high-pressure cold fog, etc;
Heat recovery section: cross/counter current plate heat exchanger, heat pipe, heat pump, impeller, etc;
Fan section: EC motor or IE3 rear curved blade fan, direct drive or belt drive;
Silencing section: fiberglass coated mineral wool splitter, Beta flow front-end plate optional;
Electric control section: DDC module, WEB remote access, BACnet/Modbus interface.
