Job responsibilities:
1. Design and select technical solutions based on the data provided by the customer.
2. Provide professional technical consultation, solution support, and selection guidance for air handling units (AHUs) to sales teams, distributors, and end customers.
3. Analyze customer needs and provide AHU configuration suggestions and optimization solutions that meet project requirements.
4. Assist in handling quality feedback and technical complaints of AHU products, coordinate with relevant departments to promote problem resolution.
5. Write and organize technical documents, operation guides, common problem answers, and other materials related to AHU.
6. Participate in technical training for new products, and disseminate product knowledge and technical points to internal sales, service teams, and external partners.
Job requirements:
1. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 2 years of experience focusing on technical support, application design, commissioning, or maintenance of AHU equipment.
2. Have a solid foundation in HVAC systems and understand the air handling process.
3. Proficient in AHU selection calculation software (such as corresponding brand selection software or general calculation tools).
4. Proficient in reading and understanding HVAC drawings (air ducts, water pipes, automatic control schematics) and technical parameters.
5. Familiarity with AHU related control system (DDC/BAS) principles is preferred.
6. Possess the ability to design effective solutions and improve problems.
